Can somebody please name this song from 2004 on vh1?

ok...it's a song that was on vh1 channel alllll the time, the same time gwen stafani's song bananas came on and the same time greenday's boulevard of broken dreams was on. it has like all the rooms changing and the furniture switches every two seconds or something. idk...it's a great song, i just can't remember it. i have no idea of the lyrics, i just know i like the song. it's some sort of love song. thanks for any help. =]
