When did you turn your baby's carseat around ( if you have a reversable onle)?

My daughter is 6 months, 16 lbs and holds her head up very very well. So i am confused as to when to turn her around, some people say once they hit 6 months, some say 8 months and some say 8 kgs and some say once they can hold there head up, when did you do it?
