Could Anthony Stokes (Celtic) be good enough to play in the Premiership, and if so, for what club?

yah i think he could be a huge success. what is he... like 21? he has loads of potential to become better than he already is. i agree, maybe blackburn (in need of a striker) or Liverpool!
