Mistake that happened at college job?

i think you handled the situation well. just be extra careful knowing that there is much lower tolerance for mistakes in science labs (sometimes zero) b/c mistakes can potentially cause significant negative consequences; you don't want ochem students making TNT instead of tylenol b/c of a lab prep mix-up. whenever i prep things, i check everything three times so i never make any mistakes.
