Help emergcy please need help look in the discription box?

ok for the past copple of days iv been having this on and off felling of pucking and stomic tightines and the feling of loss of breath but can breath fine tho. at one moment i can feel great and at the othesr i can fell that feeling i made a doctors apointment so im not stupid and im asking this so if its nothing ii can cancil it thanks
