Are African-Americans in the USA different than in Germany?

i really think its just america. im black and honestly ive heard the rude comments from black and white people. you're right. its just a racist world sometimes. but to be honest i think that there probably are some obnoxious black people in germany just like how there are obnoxious euro-americans in america. people just tend to feel the need to feel better than others- whether black white mexican asian etc and to be honest its a waist of time...!
