Can you get HIV from MMA?

Hey im currently attending mma and bjj at a school and my parents are worried and frowning upon it. The school in general is a really gritty and sweaty place. My parents are worried because my mom says that HIV can be transfered through bodily fluids including sweat. My mom is a registered nurse and knows what she is doing so i was wondering if it truly was possible and what are the chances.
