How can I have an International Driving License from Bangladesh?

I am planning to go abroad so i like to have an international driving License. Can any one help me about it. Is there any way that i can have such a License from Bangladesh Govt? I have a valid bangladeshi driving license. Is it possible to make it International? Please answer me.
