If i change internet providers from bellsouth.net to hughes.net can i keep my same email address?

An email address from your Internet Service Provider is a complimentary gift from them to you as a customer. When you are no longer their customer, you are not entitled to use that email address anymore. You need to ensure that all your contact information is saved, and all your mail properly downloaded into an email client program such as Outlook or Thunderbird. Therefore when you get a new address you'll still have all your old information on record.
