What should happen next in my novel/book?

I am writing a book/novel and it's about 2 14 year olds, who say they love eachother, and they do act like it, but I am wondering what should happen next, like what the climax of the story is, Here's the information:Her name is Juliet and she's visiting with her mom and brother, from Pittsburgh to Syria. They had to go to Syria becasue her moms cousin had a wedding. And, they are staying 2 weeks. She meets Brenden, and they 'fall in love'. They try to spend as much time together as possible, and Juliet changes throughout the story, from the neive girl she was and seeing an innocent veiw of the world, and she gradually changes for Brenden. (It's not his fault she changed) She acts as if she would die for him, and he loves her more then anything as well.No one knows that they're together, except for her nosy cousin. I need something extreme to happen, and I'll take it from there.so, any ideas?Please be serious. Something that makes a big blow to the story. And be specific.Thank you!
